I can't see the dogs moving -- what do I do ?
You need a programme called Flash to enable you to see the animations. Our system detects whether you have access to Flash and if not provides a link on the homepage for download but -- if you missed it - click here link to download Flash and to enable you to see Meg and Jazz.
I tried to log on but kept getting rejected - what's the problem and what do I do ?
The only possible explanation is that our records of your email address and password do not match the ones you're entering. You will see an error message saying "Sorry. Unrecognized username or password?" If you then click on either "Have you forgotten your password" or "Request new password" you will be able to make changes to your password. If your email address has changed - use your old email to log on then go to my details and change your email to your new address which you can then use when logging on in the future. If you are still having trouble loggin on then please contact us and we will help you.
Some cards are showing as expired - what does that mean?
If a card you send isn't opened after five days we eill re-send them and will show as "re-sent" in your cards history. After a further five days, if they are still unopened, they are shown as "expired". So -- an expired card is one which we have re-sent five days after the original mail was sent and then five days after re-sending, still remains un-opened.

Help with PDF files
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. It is a universal file format that displays the fonts, images, graphics and layout of a document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. In order to view and print a PDF document, you will need to download the free PDF viewer from the Adobe website. Most computers come with the free Adobe Reader ® software as standard.
